Brackenbury - Our Shop

An autumn fragrance; a London cottage garden in the 1920s, the last of the roses, blackcurrants and raspberries, apples ripening, tobacco and a warm wooden shed. Brackenbury is the small area of West London where you can find 4160Tuesdays’ studio.

This is the imagined aroma of a small garden in semi-rural Barckenbury Village, in the 1920s when small workers' cottages were still occupied by the families employed by the local factories. Our perfume studio is in Brackenbury Village, now swallowed up by West London, but the cottages remain.

It's the end of summer, with the last of the roses, blackcurrants, late raspberries, ripe apples, and a waft of pipe tobacco from the wooden potting shed.

It's the third of our Hammersmith quartet, with Court of Ravens and Hammersmith Tea & Biscuits.

INGREDIENTS: Alcohol (denat), Parfum, Benzyl alcohol, Benzyl cinnamate, Cinnamal, Cinnamyl alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Limonene.

Brackenbury is suitable for vegans.

"Brackenbury smells beautiful. It reminded me of the joss sticks I used to burn (in the dim & distant days of my student years when there were no such things as scented candles... imagine!) but in a really good way and then dries down to the most lovely warm, floral scent in the skin." - Kirsten Clayton

"Brackenbury... gorgeously cosy! It really is autumn in a bottle. I love it." - DreamPop Kel
