The first of our Tessa Williams X 4160Tuesdays trio, bringing you the aromas we weren't able to experience while confined to our own homes.

Tessa chose three fragrances to bring to life the things we’d missed during lockdown, and one of these things was getting seriously dressed up to go out dancing. This is a deep, floral musk with traditional iris and violet powdery lipstick notes, entwined with honeysuckle. It's quite the opposite of baby powder; this is only for adults. It hugs you inside an invisible fluffy blanket, and strokes you with skin-tingling caresses. Tessa had pictured Truman Capote’s notorious Black & White Ball of 1966, and Sarah selected this one, in the style of a 1960s American voluptuously feminine perfume.
