Pompona Vanilla Absolute Peru 5g

This is a little obsession of mine, dating from the day I first got my hands on a pompona vanilla pod. It has such a deep, dark, luxurient aroma that I made up my mind to save up for some. It has the ambivalent sweet/savory scent of pure natural vanilla.

Sekut also made an extract for chefs which I've been dropping into my esspresso in the morning since it arrived at the studio.
